Prof. Suraiya Faroqhi, a faculty member of our department, will give a speech titled “Cities and Urban Life in the Ottoman Empire” within the scope of Irfan Talks organized at Tokat Yağıbasan Madrasah. The event, organized in cooperation with the Governorship of Tokat, Tokat Municipality and Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University, will be held at Tokat Yağıbasan Madrasah on Thursday, May 30 at 20.00.
